All who are available & wish to join are invited to a casual welcome BBQ/pool party our venue (Khyra Beaucrest Ranch) anytime from 5pm onwards. You are welcome to come & go. Parking will be available onsite— please check back here for a parking map the week of. We will be cooking up some hot dogs, burgers, veggie burgers, etc. This will take place poolside, so you are welcome to wear or bring a bathing suit! If you know you'll be available to attend, please let us know in this questionnaire!
Saturday October 12
A shuttle will depart from the Holiday Inn Express in Beaumont at 3:00 & 3:30. If you are not staying at the Holiday Inn, you can still partake in the shuttle service by parking across the street in the Oak Valley Plaza. On the wedding day, parking will be limited/unavailable at our venue so Lyft & Uber are also preferred options in the area. Our outdoor ceremony will begin at 4:00. Cocktail hour will follow & dinner will be a buffet (with options for all dietary needs). Then we will see you all on the dance floor until 10. Our shuttle will depart from the venue in two rotations: 9:30 & 10.
What to wear? Dress code is semi-formal/dressy casual— dress to party in the CA sunshine! Consider bringing a sweater or jacket, as it could cool off after the sun sets.
